It doesn’t matter what dietary method you subscribe to, it only matters that you can stick to it and keep seeing results long term.

The issue with most “diets” is that they are far to restrictive, making it impossible to stick to long term,

Completely removing foods you love, or see as “bad” will lead to you craving them and caving in on your diet eventually, after all, you’re only human.

the key is portion control, moderation and consistency, We personally recommend using an app like my fitness pal to track your foods and be aware of your food consumption.
